MEDWING, founded in 2017 by Johannes Roggendorf, is Europe's leading job platform for nursing and medical professions in the healthcare sector. With over 600,000 trained specialists, we have one of the largest employee pools in Europe. We use the advantages of digitalization and automation to make the matching process as individual, transparent, and simple as possible for everyone involved.
Our success is also reflected in the numbers: Every month, we register 15,000 new candidate applications in Germany, place 100 specialists in permanent positions, and process over 50,000 shift bookings. We currently employ more than 180 internal employees in Germany and the UK.
